Pricing
All Silva services are priced as fixed fees. Here is how we approach it.

Every engagement is scoped and priced upfront. The fee is agreed in writing before any work begins. If scope changes, we tell you before the cost changes — not after.

We do not charge by the hour. Hourly billing creates perverse incentives and unpredictable invoices. Fixed fees align our interests with yours: we do the job well and efficiently.

What the fee covers is written down. If something falls outside scope, we flag it and agree a fee before proceeding. Nothing is added silently to an invoice.
